Special categories of personal data in the meaning of Art 9 GDPR may have a high or very high level of protection, see also the classification of the data in the list as linked above). Anyhow, this shall be valid for other sensitive, confidential data. The processing of these data in the Service should be avoided if possible; if this is indispensable - according to one's own assessment.
Content with mentioning / depicting / presenting persons or their personal data should be avoided if possible (for example, in comments, other content - textual / pictorial, imported emails, etc.)
Free text fields should not contain any personal data.
